Trumpeality / trump·ee·al·i·tee /
noun  ·  coined 2026
A distorted version of reality, constructed through selective facts, repetition, and absolute conviction, where perception and self-interest consistently override objective truth. Applicable in politics, business, and beyond.
Portmanteau of Trump and reality. Born from the growing realisation that truth itself has become subjective — that what is real and what is fake has become genuinely hard to tell apart. World leaders and billionaires have weaponised this confusion as a tool to serve their self-interests, often at the expense of truth itself. Trumpeality names a phenomenon people already recognise but had no word for. If Truth lives in its own dimension, Trumpeality is the alternative dimension that runs parallel to it.

"He declared the ceasefire a triumph. Twenty soldiers died after it was signed. That is not spin — that is Trumpeality."
"The CFO called it a record quarter. The auditors called it something else. A textbook case of corporate Trumpeality."
